RETURN POLICY
1. Damaged or incorrectly delivered
Did you receive the wrong item? Or do you have any complaints about damage? Email us immediately at info@beautyofkorea.com; we'll resolve this as quickly as possible.
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt (with or without a reason). This right applies in addition to our normal service and under the conditions described below.
3. Conditions for a valid return
The article must:
- are unused and undamaged;
- are in the original, unopened packaging (incl. seal/security sticker);
- be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
We cannot process items returned without prior approval.
4. Cancelling an order
- You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering.
- Cancellation is only possible if you actively contact us (email or contact form).
- After these 24 hours, the order will be automatically processed/shipped and can no longer be cancelled.
- Has your order already been shipped? You can return it after receipt according to this policy.
5. Return and service costs
- Returns from Belgium: €8.95 (at the customer's expense).
- Return from the Netherlands: €12.25 (at the customer's expense).
- We charge a service fee of €2.75 per return shipment.
These amounts will be deducted from your refund once your return is approved.
6. Hygiene exception (seal broken)
For reasons of health and hygiene (in accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive), we do not accept returns of cosmetic products that:
- the seal has been opened or removed, or
- the safety sticker is damaged.
Visibly opened products are considered to have a broken seal.
7. How to request a return
- Email info@beautyofkorea.com with your order number and (optional) reason.
- Once approved, you will receive a return label and shipping instructions.
- Please ship within the stated timeframe.
We cannot process shipments without our prior approval.
8. What we do not take back
- products with broken seal;
- sale items;
- gift cards.
9. Exchange
Want a different variant or product? First, return your item according to the procedure and place a new order in the shop.
10. Refund: when and how
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.
- If approved, we will refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please take into account additional processing time at your bank/credit card company.
- Still nothing after 15 business days? Email us: info@beautyofkorea.com.
Important:
- We will process refunds only after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation or immediate refund; refunds are only issued after return.
- No refunds without returns.
